If you exercise for 40-50 minutes daily, then first 1-2 weeks may be tough for you. It can cause pain because of stretching. However, your inactive body will start working. It will become a habit once you realise that you enjoy it. 

If 40-50 minutes seems intimidating, then one can also start with 15-25 minutes. Slowly, the time limit will automatically increase as you feel relaxed and free. So, when exercising becomes habit, you can slowly add few extra minutes or try other kind of activities. If you keep at it, the benefits of exercise will pay off.

Physical exercise reduce the risk of illnesses like heart and lung disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity, cancer and dementia. It also helps to decrease the effects of Alzheimer’s disease and Parkinson’s disease. After doing physical exercise you can also feel detoxed, all the toxic elements are now away from your body.
