Try to do what you need to do without any negativity or pressure.

Trying to reach unrealistic goals will end up you being counterproductive and can cause you to lose your motivation. Be critical of your goals. Evaluate whether or not, it is a realistic goal that you’ll be able to accomplish. It’s better to focus on what you can improve. Above all, perform Activities that will help you improve.
4. Reward yourself
Rewarding yourself for adhering to a schedule or completing a task with a pleasurable activity or physical reward. Moreover, This is a good way of keeping yourself on task.
5. Spend time with like-minded people
If you love dancing, find a group of friends who you can dance with and make new choreography. It’s important to share your experiences with other people who enjoy the same activities. In addition, we live in a time where it’s easy to find groups for any type of activity.
Intrinsic motivation comes from you. While there are many ways to develop it, you need to find what suits you. The methods listed will provide a helping hand, but the effort will be all yours. However difficult it may be, it will surely be worth it!
